Starting the business in 1973, the members of the Group were majored only in manual glass cutting and mirroring.

Thanks to the openness, trade promotion and right direction of the State, the national economy has considerably improved. One of the obvious evident was the foundation of Ky Anh Limited Company selling construction glass in 1993. On the very first day, the company was operated by 12 members to ensure everything done.

The resilient effort pending by the founders and the first workers has been bearing fruit by the ever growth of the company. 2008 is the milestone when the company was transformed from Ky Anh Limited Company into KaLa Glass Joint Stock Company with the total staff of up to 650 people responsible for three glass manufacturing factories namely Kien An, Truong Son and Lien Ninh.

The total productivity of the three factories was up to 420 tons/day in 2008. Recently, the company has upgraded the production line to increase the expected productivity to 720 tons/day by the end of 2010.

The establishment of the forth factory for manufacturing steep has proven the correct development strategy of the Group.
